Tarsus Group PLC07 April 2006 7 April 2006 TARSUS GROUP PLC ISSUE OF NEW SHARES Tarsus Group plc announces that on 7 April it issued 26,325 new ordinary sharesof 5p each on the exercise of certain options under the Company's ExecutiveShare Option Scheme. An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. Dealings areexpected to commence on 12 April 2006.
