Tarsus Group PLC17 June 2005 17 June 2005 TARSUS GROUP PLC ACQUISITIONS Tarsus Group plc, the international media group with interests in exhibitions,conferences and publishing, is pleased to announce that it has completed theacquisitions of the two French exhibition businesses (previously announced on 31May 2005): Mobile Office SA ("Mobile Office"); and Heavent SAS ("Heavent). The company has issued and allotted 3,332,101 ordinary shares of 5p each("Ordinary Shares") as total consideration to the vendors of the two businesses,being 2,054,400 Ordinary Shares to the vendors of Mobile Office and 1,277,701Ordinary Shares to the vendors of Heavent (together the "Consideration Shares"). Application has been made for admission of the Consideration Shares to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London StockExchange plc's market for listed securities and it is expected that dealings inthe Consideration Shares will commence on 20 June 2005.
