Notification of Transactions of Directors/PDMRs
Further to the announcement on 28 June 2019 and as disclosed in the Company's prospectus dated 21 June 2019, the Company announces that restricted stock units over 57,142 ordinary shares granted to Brian McBride have vested effective 27 August 2021 of which 26,857 ordinary shares have been sold to satisfy associated costs. A holding period applies to the shares retained so long as Brian remains a director of the Company.
The Notification of Dealing Form for the above transactions may be found below. This notification is provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
