Tremor International Ltd (AIM: TRMR), a global leader in advertising technologies, announces that Chris Stibbs, currently Non-Executive Director of Tremor, will be appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company on 1 September 2020.

Chris replaces Tim Weller, who informed the Company of his intention to step down as Chairman of the Board in June 2020, in order to focus on other business interests. Tim will continue to carry out his duties up to 31 August 2020, at which time he will formally leave the Company and step down from the Board after six years in the position.

Chris has over 25 years' experience as an executive in the media industry. Most recently, Chris spent over 14 years at The Economist Group - including six as CEO - during a transformative period for the business up until August 2019. Prior to this, he held senior positions with Pearson and Incisive Media. Chris is currently Chairman of Times Higher Education and holds a non-executive role at Oxford University Press, he is also a fellow of the Associations of Chartered Accountants and Corporate Treasurers
