BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION
The Company announces that application has been made to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares"') by way of a block listing, subject to future issues of shares under the Company's Long Term Performance Share Plan ("LTPSP"), the Share Save Scheme, the approved and unapproved share option schemes and the Torotrak Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), collectively the "Schemes".
The Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. Admission is expected to occur on 29 May 2013.
