Torotrak PLC03 February 2006 CORRECTION Torotrak plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The issuer has advised that the following amendments have been made to theAdditional Listing announcement made on 3 February at 1.02pm under RNS No 9096X. In the first paragraph it states "68,570 ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany" and not "68,750" as previously stated. Torotrak plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 68,570 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London StockExchange's main market for listed securities. The Ordinary Shares are beingissued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees under the 2002 Sharesavescheme. Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 6 February2006.
