Torotrak PLC01 September 2005 Torotrak plc ("the Company")Listing Application & Director/PDMR interests1 September 2005 Torotrak plc is pleased to announce that it's 2002 Inland Revenue approvedsavings related share option scheme (the Sharesave scheme) has matured today, 1September 2005. Application has been made today for 2,332,222 ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. The OrdinaryShares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Sharesavescheme by 67 employees. The options are being exercised at 21p per OrdinaryShare and the Company has received £489,766 as a result of the issue. Admissionis expected to become effective on 9 September 2005.
