Trinity Exploration & Production plc("Trinity" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR shareholdings
Trinity (AIM: TRIN), the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that as part of the recent $20 million fundraising (the "Fundraising") announced on 25 June 2018, certain Directors and their connected parties participated in the Subscription, which formed part of the Fundraising.
Further details of the Directors' subscriptions, and the subsequent shareholdings of the Directors and the David and Christina Segel Living Trust, are set out in the table below:
