The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited ('TRIG' or the 'Company')

Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited announces Helen Mahy CBE, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman, has informed the Company that she will be joining the board of SSE plc with effect from 1 March 2016. SSE plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Ms Mahy has also informed the Company of her intention to step down from the Board of Stagecoach Group PLC at the end of February 2016. Stagecoach Group PLC is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Ms Mahy.
