Trifast plc Total Voting Rights |
For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date is 116,159,664 ordinary shares of 5p each.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 116,159,664. The figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. |
