Update re Listing Application
Tracsis, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, announces that, further to the announcement on 28 February 2019 concerning the Company's application to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 191,436 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Blocklisting Shares"), admission of the Blocklisting Shares is expected to occur on 6 March 2019.
When issued the Blocklisting Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
