Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tracsis plc announces that it has been notified that Ross Paterson, Non-executive Director of the Company, and Emma Paterson, wife of Ross Paterson, have purchased 4,814 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a weighted average price of 872.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of these transactions, Ross Paterson now has a beneficial interest over 4,814 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital in the Company.
