Directorate changes

Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liz Richards as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Elizabeth Anne Richards (Liz), aged 58, was previously Group Finance Director of Callcredit Information Group, from 2000 to 2015. Callcredit is a consumer data business, which grew from a start-up in 2000 to a £150m turnover business with over 1,000 employees. Following its significant growth and success, the business was sold in 2014 for circa £500m.

Liz is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with EY, and currently is Non-executive Director and audit committee chair of LINK Scheme Ltd, the UK ATM network operator. Prior to Callcredit, Liz worked in a variety of finance roles.

Liz will transition to Chair the Tracsis audit committee following completion of our year-end accounts process. Liz will also sit as a member of both the remuneration and nomination committee. Within the last five years, Liz has been a director of the companies set out in the Appendix to this announcement.

§ The business drives growth both organically and through acquisition and has made eight acquisitions since 2008.
