Results of the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of PJSC TransContainer
PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) announces that all resolutions were passed at its Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, held today, 18 January 2019.
The EGM comprised the following resolutions:
1. Approval of the new edition of the Charter of PJSC TransContainer;
2. The early termination of the Board of Directors;
3. The election of the following persons to the Company's Board of Directors:
