Notice to acquire minority Shareholdings in PJSC TransContainer
PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) notifies that the documentation related to the mandatory offer (the "Offer"), together with the Board of Directors' recommendation, have been delivered to TransContainer ordinary shareholders. The documentation was posted on TransContainer's official website (link).
On 15 January 2020, TransContainer received a notice regarding LLC Delo-Center's intention to make the Offer to minority shareholders for the acquisition of TransContainer's 50% ordinary shares. The mandatory offer price for one ordinary TransContainer share is RUB 8,679.52.
On 23 January 2020, the TransContainer Board of Directors reviewed the Offer documentation and decide upon its recommendation to the Company's shareholders for their further consideration with regards to the Offer.
The offer period will remain open for 70 days from the date of the Offer receipt by TransContainer until the end of day on 25 March, 2020.
