Trikona Trinity Capital ("Trikona TC" or "the Company") Update on strategic review and investment policy
Trikona TC announced on 19 December 2009 that conclusion of the previously announced strategic review would take place in no event later than 15 February 2009, when the Board would seek the consent of its shareholders for the Company's investment strategy.
The strategic review is at an advanced stage and the board and the Investment Manager continue to have discussions with certain of the Company's shareholders in respect of the ongoing investment policy of Trikona TC. The board expects to be able to announce the outcome of this review and to seek the consent of shareholders to a proposal in respect of the ongoing investment policy of the Company no later than the week commencing 23 February 2009.
