Trikona Trinity Capital PLC ("the Company") announces that it was informed today that on 10 June 2009 QVT Financial LP and QVT Financial LLP, as investment managers for QVT Fund LP, Quintessence Fund L.P. and an account for Deutsche Bank AG London, were interested in an aggregate amount of 62,540,500 ordinary shares of the Company and are party to 378,817 contracts for difference. In aggregate this represents 62,919,317 reportable financial instruments. On 10 June 2009, and following the share buy-back on 9 June 2009, this now represents 29.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital of the Company being 216,500,200 shares.
