Board changes

Tribal Group plc, a leading provider of professional services to the public sector in the UK and internationally, is pleased to announce that John Ormerod is to be appointed as its next non-executive Chairman. This follows Tribal's announcement on 28 January 2010 that Strone Macpherson, who has been Chairman since 2004, will not seek re-election at Tribal's Annual General Meeting in May 2010 ("AGM").

John Ormerod has been a non-executive director of Tribal since October 2009 and is currently Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He will be seeking re-appointment as a director at the AGM, and his appointment as Chairman will take effect at the same time.

The process is underway to appoint an additional non-executive director, who will replace John Ormerod as Chairman of the Audit Committee in due course.
