Framework agreement award with the Automobile Association
Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce the award of a significant Framework Agreement with the Automobile Association ("AA").
Trakm8 has received an initial order to supply a complete tracking solution for in excess of 2,000 Road Side Assistance vehicles of the AA. Trakm8 will be supplying hardware based on its market leading T8 hardware, including Controller Area Network based communications, and the Trakm8 SwiftTM operating platform. Integration work will be undertaken to meet the AA's specific requirements.
Dawson Buck, Chairman of Trakm8, said "We are very pleased the AA have awarded this Framework Agreement to Trakm8 and this is an indication of the continued progress the Group is making as a leading supplier for vehicle tracking and remote diagnostics solutions."
