Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, has been notified that Richard White has sold a total of 110,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of the sale, Mr White is now interested in 878,602 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.68 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
