Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, was notified on 7 September 2012 that, following purchases of a total of 816,777 Shares ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") (representing 4.21% of Shares in issue) on 7 September 2012 at 17 pence per Share, the following Directors of the Company are now beneficially interested in Shares as set out below:

The Company was also notified on 7 September 2012 that following the sale of 816,777 Shares, Mr Cary Knapton no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

The price of 17 pence per Share compares to the closing mid market share price of 13 pence per Share on 6 September 2012.
