Trafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential property developer operating in southeast England, has been advised that, on 11 January 2021, Paul Treadaway, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 1,000,000 shares of the Company's issued share capital. Paul Treadaway now holds a total of 19,773,466 Ordinary Shares representing 13.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
