Holding(s) in Company update
TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX) announces that the Company was sent a TR-1 notification from Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited ("LOAME") on 8 December 2022. Due to the TR-1 being sent through to an incorrect email address, the Company only became aware of this notification on 13 April and therefore is announcing this change in shareholding today. A further TR-1 notification from LOAME was sent to the Company on 1 February 2023 and was announced on 2 February 2023.
