Non-Executive Director appointment to the FutureGov board

The Panoply (AIM: TPX), a digitally native technology-enabled services company, is pleased to announce that Lesley Seary has been appointed to the FutureGov board as a Non-executive Director.

Lesley joins the board with over 30 years of experience in the world of local government. She has worked in a number of London boroughs and led a range of services, including regeneration, planning, housing, waste and recycling services, housing benefits and customer services. Most recently she was Chief Executive at Islington council for eight years. 

FutureGov has been changing public sector organisations through digital transformation for over a decade, using design, technology and organisation development approaches to create public services fit for the 21st century. The Company joined The Panoply in June 2019 as the Group's largest acquisition to date.

At FutureGov Lesley will use her experience to support the business as it continues to develop and grow, particularly in leading change in local governments and building strong partnerships across sectors. This addition to the FutureGov Board also marks a 50/50 gender balance across all levels of leadership at FutureGov.
