Topps Tiles PLC21 August 2007 Topps Tiles Plc (the "Company") Notification of transactions of PDMR/ major interest in shares The Company was today notified that: (a) Victor Watson, non-executive director, has today disposed of 50,000 ordinaryshares of 3.33p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 217 pence per share,representing approximately 0.029 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital. Following this transaction, Mr Watson has an interest in 70,000Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.041 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital. (b) Sheila Watson, a connected person of Victor Watson, non-executive director,has today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 3.33p each ("Ordinary Shares") at aprice of 217 pence per share, representing approximately 0.029 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital. Following this transaction, Mrs Watson has aninterest in 62,000 Ordinary Shares (12,000 held through Ferlim Nominees and50,000 held by Sheila Watson) representing approximately 0.036 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital.
