ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 am on 14 July 2022 at 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF. The following documents (as applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available today:
• Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2022 ("2022 Annual Report");
• Notice of AGM 2022 and;
• Form of Proxy.

Shareholders who require a Form of Proxy should contact the Company's Registrars at: Computershare Investor Services PLC, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol BS99 6ZY.

The Company is a Venture Capital Trust incorporated in July 2010. The Investment Manager is Triple Point Investment Management LLP. The Company was established to fund small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). The Company launched a new share class, known as The Venture Fund, in March 2019 which is mandated to invest in SMEs producing products or digital services that solve challenges faced by their larger corporate customers.
