Travis Perkins Regulatory News (TPK)

Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 21 April 2021 in relation to the demerger of Wickes Group (UK) from Travis Perkins (UK), please note the index changes as a result of the ranking for the removal of the smallest constituent from the FTSE 250 Index, following the demerger of Wickes Group.

Further to the FTSE Russell notice on 21 April 2021, in relation to the demerger of Wickes Group (UK, constituent) from Travis Perkins (UK, constituent) and following the re-ranking of the fixed indexes, please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

TBC Bank Group (UK, BYT1830) will be removed from the FTSE 250 Index and added to the FTSE SmallCap Index.

Wickes Group (UK, BL6C200) will remain in the FTSE 250 Index.

All changes effective from 04 May 2021.
