The following amendments have been made to the ' PDMR / PCA Shareholding' announcement released on 24 September 2021 at 15:06 under RNS No 9525M.
Section 4b in both forms have changed from 'Transfer of ordinary shares for nil consideration' to 'Purchase of ordinary shares'.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

The Property Franchise Group Plc (LON:TPFG), has been notified that on 20 September 2021, Benjamin Scott, Company Secretary, purchased 3,603 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 278p per share. On 24 September 2021, David Raggett, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 273p per share
