The Property Franchise Group Plc (LON:TPFG), has been notified that on 2 November 2021, Richard Martin, Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 300p per share. Following this sale, Richard Martin holds 7,039,950 Ordinary Shares which represents 22.0 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
