Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that:

· On the 12 and 15 June, Michael Ziff, Non-Executive Director, sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 293.27 pence per share

· On 15 June, The Michael Ziff Children's Trust (part of Michael Ziff's non-beneficial holding) sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 293 pence per share

As a result of these transactions, Michael Ziff has a beneficial holding of 2,871,513 shares, representing 5.4% of the Company's issued share capital and a non-beneficial holding of 12,322,675 shares, representing 23.2% of the Company's issued share capital.

Notification of the above transactions is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
