Town Centre Securities Plc, the Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow and London property investment, development and car park operator, announces today that further to the statement on 28 February 2020, Lynda Shillaw, Group Property Director, will now stand down from the Board on 31 August 2020 to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer at Harworth Group plc. The Company's process for replacing Lynda is underway and the Company will update the market on progress in due course.
