held on 5 February 2021.
Total Produce plc announces that all resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held in Dublin today, 5th February 2021, were approved by it's shareholders. All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll and the results are available at https://investors.totalproduce.com/investors/corporate-governance/egm/2021.
