Director's notification

Total Produce plc announces that it was informed on 30 June 2015 that Mr. Jerome Kennedy, a non-executive director of the Company, through market transactions, disposed of his entire shareholding of 50,000 ordinary shares (0.015% of issued share capital) in the Company and acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company in an approved retirement fund at a share price of €1.217 per share on 30 June 2015. Mr. Kennedy is the sole beneficiary of this approved retirement fund and there is no change in his interest as a result of these transactions.
