Audited Financial Statements (Report)

Further to the Company's results announcement dated 23 January 2018, the Directors of the Company confirm that the Report for the year ended 30 September 2017 was posted to shareholders on 16 February 2018.

The Company also announces that it has also posted a notice and proxy to shareholders providing details of the forthcoming AGM to be held at Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey on 19 March 2018 at 11am.

Copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
