Titon Holdings Plc ("Titon" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems and window and door hardware, has today been informed that following the formally agreed settlement of divorce proceedings, which have now concluded, the total beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") previously disclosed as held (together with spousal holdings) by Tyson Anderson, Deputy Chair, will be retained with immediate effect by Ruth Anderson, his former spouse. Accordingly, Tyson Anderson no longer has a disclosed interest in Ordinary Shares and Ruth Anderson remains a significant shareholder in the Company through her beneficial ownership of 693,750 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 6.18% of the Company's issued share capital. No transfer of any Ordinary Shares has taken place.
