Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it was informed on 11 January 2018 that, on 13 December 2017, Mr Chris Brown, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 3,943,200 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.875 pence per Ordinary Share from Kenglo One Ltd ("Kenglo"). Mr Brown was previously an indirect beneficiary of Kenglo, being the life tenant and settlor of Kenglo's ultimate shareholder, the BBCK Settlement Trust. Accordingly, following the transfer, Mr Brown directly holds the legal and beneficial title of all of the Ordinary Shares previously held by Kenglo.
As a result of the acquisition, Mr Brown is now directly interested in, in aggregate, 19.56% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Brown also holds 857,200 warrants over Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of 21.25 pence and expiring on 1 September 2018. In addition, as announced on 2 January 2018, the Company has an unsecured loan of £100,000 outstanding to Mr Brown.
