Notice of Annual General Meeting

Tangent Communications plc has published its Annual Report for the year ended 28 February 2012,

which was posted to shareholders on 1 June 2012.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street London, EC2V 7QR on Tuesday 26 June 2012 at 11 a.m.

The Company announces that the Record Date for the final dividend will be 6 July 2012, with a payment date of 18 July 2012. Payment of the dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
