Additional information
As announced on 20 October 2016,the Company has been notified that on 19 October 2016, German Kaplun and Artyom Inyutin transferred for nil consideration 2,674,490 TMT shares each to Ramify Consulting Corp. ("Ramify"), a company 100% owned by German Kaplun. Following these transfers, Artyom Inyutin no longer owns any shares in the Company, and German Kaplun, via Ramify, owns 5,348,980 TMT Shares representing 19.28% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
