TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announces that on 1 December 2021, Alexander Selegenev, Executive Director of TMT, acquired a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$7.40 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Selegenev is interested in 65,812 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
