TMT announces that a letter has today been posted to shareholders containing notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting at which a resolution will be proposed to change the Company's Articles of Association to enable the Company to send all future communications to shareholders by email and/or display them on the Company's web site.
Shareholders with no access to the internet may on application continue to receive communications by post.
