Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Time Out notifies the market of the following:
Further to the issue of 124,334 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's block admission of 2,500,000 announced on 30 June 2023, as of 31 January 2024 the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 338,605,090 Shares, all of which carry one voting right per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.
The figure of 338,605,090 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
