The Company announces that Edward Buttery, Executive Director and CEO, has purchased 92,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Camilla Pierrepont, Chief Strategy Officer, has purchased 82,239 Ordinary Shares as follows:
