The Mission Marketing Group plc (the missiontm, AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group, is pleased to announce that Susan Mullen has been appointed to the Board of the missiontm with immediate effect.

Sue Mullen, 51, is the CEO of Story UK Limited, the Edinburgh based agency wholly owned by the missiontm. Sue is currently a director or Story UK Limited and was previously a director of The Mission Marketing Group plc and Story Leeds Limited. Sue has an interest in 537,242 ordinary shares in the missiontm representing approximately 0.74 per cent. of its issued share capital. There is no other additional information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

The Board has also today agreed modified banking facilities with The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, extending the group's £15 million committed facilities to December 2015 and reducing overall interest payments over the term of the facility.

David Morgan, Executive Chairman commented "Sue had previously wanted to concentrate on her role within Story but has decided that the time is right to re-join the main Board. We are all delighted to see her return."
