On 21 March 2022, Century Cobalt Corp., (an OTC Market-listed company incorporated in Nevada), transferred its holding of shares in the Company to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Cobalt Limited, a UK registered company.

Century Cobalt Corp. and the Company entered into an orderly marketing agreement on 29 October 2021 (the "CCC Orderly Marketing Agreement"). Pursuant to the terms of the CCC Orderly Marketing Agreement, Century Cobalt Corp. agreed not to dispose of any Ordinary Shares which it holds directly or indirectly in the Company except through the Company's broker for a period of 24 months commencing on the date of Admission. The CCC Orderly Marketing Agreement has been novated so that Century Cobalt Limited is bound by the same terms.

Alexander Stanbury, a Director of the Company, holds 23.47% of the common stock of Century Cobalt Corp. Lester Kemp, a Director of the Company, holds 0.77% of the common stock of Century Cobalt Corp.
