Posting of circular
Further to the announcement made by Totally on 10 September 2013, the Company confirms that yesterday it posted to shareholders a circular (incorporating a notice of general meeting) and a proxy form in connection with, inter alia, the proposed placing of new ordinary shares to raise £600,000 (before expenses). The general meeting is to be held at 10:00am on 26 September 2013 at the offices of the Company, Unit 800, Highgate Studios, 53-79 Highgate Road, London NW5 1TL.
