28 November 2012 AIM: TLY Totally Plc ("Totally", "the Group" or "the Company") Appointment of Finance Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald (Don) Baladasan as Finance Director and a member of the Board with immediate effect.

Don Baladasan has been working closely with the company since May 2012 on a consultancy basis to help drive the business forward with Clare Wexler (nee Thompson) and the rest of the Totally management team.

Don has extensive experience of working with AIM listed companies and SMEs helping deliver strategic change and raising capital. Relevant sector experience includes healthcare and technology.

Previous positions include Head of Accounting Development of Stemcor Limited, where he was charged with the finance and treasury system development for the Group which had a presence in 46 countries. The Group had a £6bn turnover and £ 24bn in foreign exchange hedges. Prior to this role Don worked at Burson Marsteller AG, BUPA Hospitals and Financial Times.

Don is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant having trained with Financial Times and holds a Economics BSc (Hons) from City University.

Commenting on the appointment of Don Baladasan, Clare Wexler (nee Thompson), Chief Executive Officer of Totally said:
