Response to announcement by ThomasLloyd Group
The board of the Company (the "Board") notes the further announcement today by ThomasLloyd Group Limited ("TLG") and its subsidiary ThomasLloyd Global Asset Management (Americas) LLC (the "Investment Manager").
The Board draws shareholders' attention to its previous announcements on these matters, which it believes are clear and provide shareholders with the information they require. The Board stands by its statements and does not intend to make any further comment at this stage.
The Board again urges shareholders in the strongest terms to vote against the Continuation Resolution.
