Correcting RNS re Temporary Share Suspension
ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust plc (the "Company") announced on 24 April 2023 at 8.17am that the listing of, and trading in, the Company's ordinary shares had been temporarily suspended with effect from 7.55 a.m. on 24 April 2023. This announcement was released prematurely, prior to the resolution of discussions with the FCA with respect to the nature of the Company's request for the suspension of its listing.
The listing and trading in the Company's ordinary shares is now temporarily suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 25 April 2023 on the grounds that the Company is unable to assess accurately its financial position and inform the market accordingly and needs additional time to work together with its auditor, valuer and financial advisers to clarify its financial position.
As set out in the RNS released on 24 April 2023, the Company will miss the deadline for publishing its accounts for the year to 31 December 2022 and would be suspended from listing and trading from 2 May 2023 in any event.
The Company looks forward to updating the market in due course.
