Tiger Resource plc("Tiger " or The "Company")Disposal of shares in Royal Dutch Shell Plc
Tiger Resource Plc is pleased to announce that the Company sold 2,700 Royal Dutch Shell Plc ("RDS") shares on 22 February 2019 realising net proceeds of £64,933.14 The disposal proceeds will be used as both as general working capital for the Company and to target new investments in the natural resource sector.
Tiger received dividend income totaling £3,956.58 from RDS in the year ended 31 December 2018.
The Company also announces that Novum Securities Limited will be the Company's sole broker with immediate effect.
