Tinopolis PLC25 July 2007 Tinopolis plc ("Tinopolis" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights Pursuant to transitional provision 6 of the Transparency Directive, Tinopolisplc's issued share capital consists of 99,450,222 ordinary shares of 2p each("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 3,984,334 Ordinary Shares in treasury andthe voting rights of these treasury shares are automatically suspended. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 95,465,888.
